Back

From jaw dropping architecture to mouth watering grub street to street, Paris has it all!.. Our first day was a quick hourly trip down the Seine on a river cruise. Sailing past the Eiffel Tower, Palais Bourbon and Paris' very own Statue of Liberty.
Day two was packed with a hike round the Louvre; exploring almost every inch of the Museum. Visiting museum's isn't at the top of my list when visiting a new city; however I must say I was astounded by how many historical artefacts, paintings and other paraphernalia were squeezed into the buildings 9 mile corridors.
Leaving the Louvre after what felt like an eternity of exploring the halls, we headed toward the famous Arc de Triomphe. Stomping up the Champs-Élysées, we popped our heads into almost every designer and high fashion store; mainly leaving empty handed.
The weekend wasn't complete without stuffing our faces with a worldie smash burger from the popular DUMBO burger joint.
